 Bob Baker - Honorary Inducted in 1992 This longtime resident of Wicomico County is best known as its "No. 1 Fan", whenever sports is involved. Besides being a past player, fan, he was most of all one of its main supporters, and promoters. He has worked very hard for so many years, for the kids in the area, making sure they had a place and team to play on. He has worked over 20 years with the E. Sheldon Jones League, and also the Eastern Shore League. Over 3000 kids in this area can thank Bob Baker, because they had a chance to play baseball in Wicomico County. He enjoyed seeing that our children had a place to play, and should be congratulated for a job well done. |
