James Caldwell - Honorary

James H. Caldwell (Honorary) - He served as President of Little League in 1952. James was instrumental in the completion of the Little League Field at City Park in Salisbury MD. He was the founder of the Pony League in 1953 and was chosen President. He served as National Director of Pony League until 1967. He was a recipient of the Salisbury Award in 1957.
James served on the City Council in 1952-1953, and was a member of the Maryland General Assembly from 1958 to 1966. He also served on the Fund-Raising Committee to erect the Wicomico County Youth & Civic Center in Salisbury MD.
