Doug Fleetwood - Manager

Doug Fleetwood (Manager) - He was a 1972 graduate of Salisbury University who started his coaching career at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School where he won the 1978 State Championship and advanced to 11 State Regional playoffs. He compiled a 171-63 record at Cambridge-South Dorchester.
Doug was a respected baseball teacher and evaluator of talent, working as a scout for the Baltimore Orioles for several years.
Doug was also a member of the Salisbury University coaching staff for 14 years. He served as associate head coaching-offense and recruiting coordinator for football and head coach for baseball.
In his 14 years with the baseball team, he compiled a 467-145-6 record with a winning percentage of .761, second among active Division III coaches and ranks sixth all-time. His team has made three World Series appearances, 10 Capital Athletic Conference Championships, while competing every year in the NCAA Tournament.
Doug is also a 2003 member of the Maryland High School Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame. He won three State Championships as the Vikings head coach.
He is currently coaching football for Salisbury University.
